Radhika Kaji
(Member of the Advisory Board)

Radhika Kaji is an entrepreneur and philanthropist, with a passion for and knowledge of varied subjects, from technology to business strategy. Her experience ranges from being a member of the Advisory Board at Cloud Income Properties, to being a founder board member at RAS Propack Lamipack Limited, during the initial project implementation / stability stage where she was actively involved in the setting up of a 150,000 sq.ft. facility on a 10 acre land, at Chakan near Pune. Her experience helped her understand not only the dynamics of being associated with a public limited company’s board, but also the manufacturing, financial and statutory compliance necessary for such an endeavour. In addition, see saw a gap in the customer artefacts space and decided to launch “Au Glaise” an entrepreneurial venture, manufacturing ceramic artefacts for the hospitality industry with customers such as, ITC Hotels, Indian Hotels and The Oberoi Group.

Her philanthropic work includes a micro credit finance society at Chakan, to help women of the village to set up small business ventures and become self-reliant. Being an integral member of Reliance Foundation (RF), Radhika was involved in the early stages of the setting up of Dhirubhai Ambani International School and, subsequently, with the Sir H.N. Reliance Hospital. She also led the team evaluating appeals for RF educational scholarships. On behalf of the RF board, she made several visits to the interiors of Punjab and Maharashtra assisting and educating farmers with new technology. As a Past President, Trustee of Charity Trust and Board member of the Inner Wheel Club of Bombay, the Ladies Wing of the Rotary Club, Radhika was involved in social causes promoting the welfare and development of the girl child and children with special needs, and rural development. Individually, Radhika has undertaken many philanthropic endeavours including: Handicap Children's Mela, Inter-school Swimming Competition for Municipal schools at YMCA, Christmas Morning for the inmates of Parakh Dharamshala, SEC Day School Classes, BDD Chawl Clinic honorary check-ups by doctors, and Festival of Charity, an NGO products exhibition.

Mr. Saurabh Singh
(President, ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth)

Mr. Saurabh Singh is currently the Chief Customer Representative and a part of the senior leadership at ICICI Bank. He is also President of ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth. Mr. Singh heads the ICICI Bank Phone Banking, the ATM business, Service Quality and Innovation and the Infrastructure & Services Management group. He has driven key HR initiative and practices at ICICI Bank in previous assignments. In his current role he blends in a very rich HR experience with the Customer Service practice. Mr. Singh has a keen interest in the development sector and leads ICICI Group's corporate social responsibility initiatives under the aegis of ICICI Foundation.

Ms. Seema Redkar
(Former Officer on Special Duty – Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai)

Ms. Seema Redkar is a relentless crusader thriving to bring about a revolution in city’s solid waste management and sanitation scenario. Working with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) as Officer on Special Duty (OSD), she introduced the concept of Advanced Locality Management (ALM). This initiative to mobilize citizen and local institutions for waste management and environmental protection was highly successful and awarded the “Green Leaf Award” by Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Over the years, Ms. Redkar has also been awarded with “Indira Gandhi Paryavaran Puraskar by the Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate Change from Government of India and felicitation from Governor of Maharashtra for contribution in field of Sanitation. She was also awarded the title of “Hero of Deluge’ by “Times Foundation” for her exemplary work in 2005 Mumbai floods.
